Rear Floor boards
1919 - 1925 Touring Rear Floor boards
This floorboard was initally adopted on May 1, 1919 and was used on the 1919 - 1920 touring bodies with the 5 piece rear body section. This part was adopted when the electric starter and lights were added as an option in 1919. Prior to this the floorboards were not removable as there was no battery to access. The removable floorboard allowed access to the battery which is located in the battery carrier under the rear floorboard. This same part continued to be used through the change to the 3 piece rear body section. At this time the two rabbets were added to the bottom to clear the new running board braces.
